WHO ARE WE

Our company, a subsidiary of Talos Group of Companies, is a diversified engineering and project delivery company, with over 30 years of experience. We specialize in consultancy, industrial services, building construction, non-destructive tests (NDT), maintenance and projects with works at height. We have successfully completed projects in Zimbabwe, Africa and abroad with high engineering standards and commendable health and safety standards..
Our Policy: With respect to our people, our customers and our society, we move always on the guidelines defined by our values. We believe that the sustainability of our company should be based on our effectiveness and the acceptance from our society. We do not make any negotiations upon our ethical standards and our commitment to the safety and environment. Our SHE policy is project oriented. It is our first priority to meet and even exceed the SHE requirements of our clients in both Public as well as Private sectors during project implementation. We strictly adhere to health and safety laws and other regulations. We have a zero tolerance for injuries at workplace and this has enabled us to be recognised by clients for our safe construction practices during the past 30 years through repeated orders. In all our endeavours we always apply principles of sustainable development to enable us to fulfil the social corporate responsibility that we have towards the environment that we work in.

Antonios Dendrakis

C.E.O

Antonios is a holder of BSc (Hons) Degree in Civil Engineering from Greece and has over 14years of industrial experience. He has worked on numerous complex projects in Europe and Africa as the Lead Engineer, Project Manager and Site Manager. Antonios is also in the board of directors of the parent company, Talos Group of Companies. His managerial skills will be useful in the running of the company.

Leonard O.M Zhandire

CCO, Health and Safety Manager

Leonard has more than 5 years experience working in the construction industry.He is a holder of a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Safety,Health and Environmental Management from Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE) and an International General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health from National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH).He is responsible for the formulation,implementation and periodic review of policies and standards that complies with national and international SHE laws.

Nigel I. Maunze

COO, Civil Engineer

Nigel has postgraduate experience of over four years, specializing in civil designs, implementation and supervision of structural designs. He hold a BEng (Hons) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Water Engineering from National University of Science and Technology (NUST). Over the years, Nigel has had the opportunity to use and gain experience with state of the art equipment in NDT and monitoring structures. He has great awareness of the QMS, compliance and HSE. His responsibility in Talos Services is to handle the day-to-day operations of projects related to civil engineering designs and execution.

Alice Moyo

Administrator

Alice is an energetic and youthful lady with great skills in public relations and analytical thinking. Her responsibilities will include maintaining organized system of physical and digital records and negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners. She will also review and update existing contracts and analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
